Dr. Helene Paxton has 40 plus years of experience in medical devices and infectious disease consulting. Her work demonstrates the importance of proper education and support to increase patient safety and staff compliance in the work place. CIC certified with a PhD in Epidemiology, Dr. Paxton is a member of APIC, SHEA, and ASM. As a founder of a medical device company, Bio Guidance, she developed over 70 IVD products, many of which are still on the market place. As an IVD consultant, Dr. Paxton specializes in designing studies for 510k submission and site coordination, data analysis, writing 510k and other regulatory submissions.
